Jon and I met Amanda back in 2020 when she was my best friends photographer, she went out of her way at the wedding to take some photos of us there and since then I knew she’d be the one I used for our wedding someday. She did both our engagement photos and wedding, which she was able to accommodate us needing to push our wedding day back a year due to me getting pregnant with our daughter and also talked me through all the anxiety I had with needing to do so. She is one of the kindest souls we have met and she really inspires us with how dedicated she is about her work and you can tell it’s not a job to her, it’s because she enjoys what she does. I had known for a long time, well before I got engaged, that I needed Amanda as our wedding photographer. So naturally it took me all of a week after getting engaged to reach out to Amanda - she was the first vendor we ever booked. And let’s be honest, if Amanda didn’t have our date available I would have moved it just to ensure we had her for our big day. I was drawn to her stunning photos, her ability to capture so much love and authenticity instead of staged photos. Little did I know we were about to become life long friends. Our first FaceTime call was effortless; we felt as if we had known Amanda for years and hadn’t met an hour prior. Every interaction - every phone call, email, text or in person - was easy and fun. Choosing Amanda to document our day was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process!! We instantly connected with her during our first consultation call and it was apparent how much she cares about the couples she works with. “Amanda is the most incredible photographer I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Not only was she kind, welcoming and easy to work with, she was so passionate about our wedding. She made us feel so special on our day. Although she had other weddings she was working on around the same time, she continued to stayed SO involved with us! We never felt forgotten or like she was too busy. She was always quick to respond and helped us anytime we needed.
